These sessions will be individual and confidential to anyone who wishes to use them. Richard is a psychotherapist, counselor, hypnotherapist and paramedic. He is currently working for Stepping Stones but is able to work independently from them to provide exclusively to our team.

We also offer advice and guidance on all issues related to living independently with support in the community.

We enable people to access work and training through local employers and colleges and making referrals to Work Aid. We also have our own in-house 'Work Placement Scheme' where customers can have the opportunity to work either voluntarily or paid, under supervision in a safe and controlled environment, giving them skills and knowledge in different fields of work.

We also facilitate and arrange holidays for our customers, with a successful recent group trips to Tenerife, Disneyland Paris, Bulgaria, and Centre Parcs.

Frontline Associates Supported Tenancies support workers also offer a weekly 'workshop' where customers can come along to socialise and interact with friends and to learn new skills such as, cooking, baking, sewing, making cards, making decorations, creating art for show in shared houses and many more activities.

Frontline Associates Supported Tenancies also offer a long-running and successful weekly Coffee Morning where all customers and 'friends of frontline' are invited to attend. We have regular visits from PCSO's and local emergency services to educate everyone on keeping safe within the home and community. Our Coffee Morning's are also a great opportunity for service users to communicate and socialise with each other and creates an effective self-supporting network.

This is why we feel we are on the front line of exceptional service delivery.
